Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades

Upgrades to gear increase its base stats, and sometimes increases its other features. The value of these upgrades is determined by the tiers of gear, their requirements, and the number of random augmentations can be applied.

For instance, the premium racial shield Razortail is often upgraded to enhance its lightning absorb capability in PvP or to add additional defenses on missile based designs in PvM. This makes it more exchangeable than the non-upgraded perfect version.

Reroll Tokens

Reroll tokens allow you to roll a purchased item such as armor, weapon, or ring. This swaps the current item for one similar one with an additional set of bonuses. Reroll tokens are a cost-effective option to upgrade equipment. However, they do not retain the level of the original item and any resources wasted won't be compensated for.

Survivors may acquire reroll tokens through several means like the Mistery Box or as rare drops from skulled creatures. They can also be found in chests and crates or bought from the store at a cost of 150k each. Reroll tokens can be used to change an attribute of a piece of equipment for example, increasing its damage or giving it a new stat.

Players can reroll their equipment into three attributes three categories: physical power, magic power and health. Physical power upgrades increase the damage that weapons and melee attacks while spell power upgrades rings and mage attacks. Health upgrades provide the player with additional health.

Three types of rerolls tokens are available in three categories: upgrade, rare and legendary. Each of these upgrades the item to a better quality. To produce them, you need a higher-quality reroll token. Upgrades require a common item. Rare upgrades require an item that is either exclusive or legendary. Legendary upgrades require three legendary pieces.

For example, a perfect-rolled 200/6 504 armor set piece is highly valued in the melee PvP community and could be worth 20-50x more than the non-upp'd version.

The game will display the requirements once you choose the upgrade component to be incorporated into the item. The game will show the required requirements when you select an upgrade component to slot into an item.
